Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy

All Éclis jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable. However, an exchange may be considered on an individual basis and/or due to a damaged product (within 7 days of delivery). Any request for an exchange must be made by written email within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@eclis.co.

Note:

If a product is damaged by a customer not caring for/overusing the product, Éclis is NOT responsible for an exchange. Please refer to the ‘Product Care’ section to learn more about taking care of your pieces. After 7 days of delivery, there will be NO exchanges.

If Return/Exchange is Approved:

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are NOT covered by Éclis when sent back, so we suggest using a local post office for the best service & tracking ID.

• If you choose to have a prepaid return label emailed to you, there will be an additional shipping, handling, and processing fee.

• We will send you a return label to ship your item.

• As soon as we receive your package and review the condition, we will issue your refund/exchange.

Once a Refund is Issued:

PLEASE NOTE: Customers will receive a full product refund, NOT a refund for the shipping & handling fees that were used during shipment of their parcel.

International Customs Duties/Fees:

Éclis is NOT responsible for any international customs duties/fees. You will need to ensure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs, should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. Éclis will try our best to deliver within the stated time; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of your destination country.

Please do NOT refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery & return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Custom/Personalized Orders:

THE CUSTOM COLLECTION is FINAL SALE once purchased. There are NO cancellations, NO changes, NO exchanges, NO returns, and/or NO refunds once a custom order is purchased.
